Types of services and visits that meet your needs

At AWA Primary Care, we offer virtual visits and house calls to ensure that you receive the care you need, wherever you are in the state of Florida. Whether you want us to come to you or prefer the convenience of a remote consultation, our healthcare providers are here to address you medical concerns. Some of which includes but not limited to: Allergies, cold, flu symptoms, heartburn, abdominal pain, constipation, joint pain, skin lesions, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity/weight loss.

QUICK SICK VISIT

This a simple and straight forward visit to address one to two issues such as sore throat, earache, cough, fever, burning while urinating, bloating, upset stomach or rash. This visit may take 15 to 20 minutes.

COMPLEX VISIT

This visit is for those patients with various ongoing issues such as persistent abdominal pain, chornic headaches/migranes and it averages 30 minutes.

BOOK FOR $95

COMPREHENSIVE VISIT

This type of visits are designed to conduct annual physical exams, surgical clearance, hospital discharge and follow-ups of multiple conditions. This visit is 45 to 60 minutes.

BOOK FOR $225

HOUSE CALL VISIT

If traveling for business or leisure to the Brevard County area and find yourself unwell, this visit is for you. This may also be used for home bound patients. We can come to you and provide personalized care that meets your changing needs. This visit is 60 minutes long. Additional services like injectables, procedures and/or dressing changes will incurred additional fees.

MEDICATION REFILLS

We understand you may be well established with other providers but in occasion, you may need coverage in between visits and we are here to serve. In this 15 minutes call we can review your medical history and send your prescription request.
